You can invite someone to join your organization and gain access to your ISP console. You invite someone rather than add them when the person being added is already part of another organization. The same credentials cannot be used for different accounts. This type of invitation lets someone sign-in once and access different ISP console organizations.

1. Navigate to ISP Settings > Admins.

2. Click the Invite an Existing Account (+) icon.

3. Add information as required and click Invite.

Umbrella sends the invitee an email asking for confirmation of the invitation. The invite is listed under Invites until such time as it is accepted. The invitee is then added to the list of accounts.
