When you access a customer's trial Umbrella dashboard through the Managed Services Console, you have full administrator rights. With this access, you can help your trial customer set up Umbrella and provide your customer with valuable insights into how to effectively configure Umbrella. With this access, you can review a customer's reports, which can help you determine if any "adjustments" need to be made to a customer's settings to more effectively take advantage of Umbrella's features.
Permission is not required to access a customer's trial Umbrella dashboard.
- Navigate to Customer Management and click Trials.
- Click View Dashboard for the appropriate customer.
- You can also access a dashboard from within a trial's information page.
Scroll down to the Dashboard Access section and click View Dashboard.
The customer's trial Umbrella dashboard opens in a new browser tab. You do not need to sign into your customer's trial Umbrella dashboard.
