Reset a Customer Password

Occasionally, a customer may forget their credentials before ever logging in. You can easily solve this problem by resending the trial invitation email, which contains activation information and links.

  1. Navigate to Customer Management and click a customer to open information about the customer.

  1. Scroll down to the Password Reset Link section and click Resend Email.

  1. Check the email addresses you want to send the link to and click Send Link. A new email invitation is sent.
