Reset a Customer Password
Occasionally, a customer may forget their credentials before ever logging in. You can easily solve this problem by resending the trial invitation email, which contains activation information and links.
- Navigate to Customer Management and click a customer to open information about the customer.

The customer's information opens in a new page.

- Scroll down to the Password Reset Link section and click Resend Email.

- Check the email addresses you want to send the link to and click Send Link. A new email invitation is sent.
