Update Customer Information
Under Cisco Umbrella for Managed Services Console, you can update your customer's information under these offerings:
- Update Customer Information for MSPs
- Update Customer Information for MSSPs
- Update Customer Information for Secure MSP Center
Update Customer Information for MSPs
You can update customer information at any time. This includes updating the billing information, package selection, product information and so on.
- Navigate to Customer Management and select customer to view details.

The customer information opens on a new page.

- Click Edit to update the Customer Information as necessary and then click Update.

- Click Edit to update the Product Information as necessary and then click Update.

- Click the Customer Name header at the top of the page to return to the Customer Management page and the list of customers.
Note: Do not click your browser's Back button to return to the Customer Management page.

Update Customer Information for MSSPs
You can update customer and deal information at any time. This includes updating the email addresses, billing addresses package selection, and deal information.
- Navigate to Customer Management and click a customer to open information about the customer.

The customer information opens on a new page.

- Click Edit to update Customer Information as necessary and then click Update.

- Click Edit to update Deal Information as necessary and then click Update.

Update Customer Information for Secure MSP Center
You can update customer information at any time. This includes updating email addresses, billing addresses, package selection and deal information.
- Navigate to Customer Management and select a customer to view details.

The customer information opens on a new page.

- Click Edit to update Customer Information as necessary and then click Update.

- Click Edit to update Deal Information as necessary and then click Update.
