You manage customers through the Customer Management tab. Customer Management lists:
- Total Seats—The combined total number of seats currently in use for all customer accounts.
- MSLA Volume—The total number of Managed Services License Agreements currently in use.
- Total Customers—The total number of customer accounts managed by this MSSP console. This includes accounts that have expired. Each of these accounts has its own Umbrella dashboard.
Customers are added to the MSSP console by starting a new account. What happens next depends on the type of license selected. Customers added with MSLA go directly to subscription and do not first start as a trial. Customers added with GPL are added as a trial that must be converted to a subscription.
