Occasionally, a customer may forget to activate their Umbrella trial—or otherwise lose sign-in information—and find that the trial invitation has expired. You can reset a trial's customer's username and password at any time, by resending the trial invitation email, which contains trial activation information and links.
- Navigate to Customer Management and click Trials.
- Click a trial to open information about the trial.
The customer's information opens in a new page.
- Scroll down to the Password Reset Link section and click Resend Email.
- Check the email addresses you want to send the link to and click Send Link. A new email invitation is sent.
