Add a New Customer
- Navigate to Customer Management and click the + (Add) icon.
- Begin by filling in customer information, select a package, and complete billing information.
- Click Save to confirm your changes and the new customer is added. The customer will receive an Umbrella Welcome email that includes information on how to get started with Umbrella.
Navigate the ISP Console < Add a New Customer > Select a Role for the New User Account
