Reset a Trial Password

Occasionally, a customer may forget to activate their Umbrella trial and find that their invitation has expired. You can easily solve this problem by resending the trial invitation email, which contains trial activation information and links.

  1. Navigate to Trial Management.

  1. Click the trial's name or the Expand icon.

  1. Scroll down and click Resend Email.

  1. Check the email address you want to send the link to and click Resend Email. A new email invitation is sent.

  1. Click the Trial Name header at the top of the page to return to the Trial Management page and the list of trials.
    Note: Do not use browser's left arrow.
