Log In to Umbrella Managed Services Console

Choose the appropriate option as per your applicability to login to the Umbrella Managed Services Console:

Users who belong to an Umbrella MSSP

When an Umbrella user has been added to an Umbrella Managed Services Console, they must log in to Umbrella using their Cisco ID and password. Their Cisco ID email address must match with their Umbrella email address.
The Umbrella user must NOT belong to any Umbrella organizations that have SAML enabled.

Either of the following two methods can be used to login to Umbrella:

First Method:

  1. Browse to https://www.cisco.com.
  2. Click Log in at the top right corner.

  1. Enter your Cisco account email address and then click Next.

  1. Enter your Cisco password and then click Log in.

  1. Browse to https://login.umbrella.com/sso.
  2. Enter the same Cisco account email address and click Log In.
    Note: You can check the Remember me check box.

Second Method:

  1. Browse to https://login.umbrella.com/sso.
  2. Enter your Cisco account email address and click Log In.
    Note: You can check the Remember me check box.

You will be redirected to https://id.cisco.com/signin.
3. Enter your Cisco account email address and Cisco password and then click Log in.

Notes:

Users who do not belong to an Umbrella MSSP

  1. Browse to https://login.umbrella.com.
  2. Enter your Umbrella user name (email address) and Umbrella password and then click Log In.
