Deploy Umbrella Roaming Client with Datto RMM (Formerly Autotask Endpoint Manager)
The Cisco Umbrella roaming client can be deployed using RMM tools, such as Datto RMM (formerly Autotask Endpoint Manager), by applying the appropriate deployment parameters as part of the install string. Cisco does not provide comprehensive support for Datto RMM. For more information about Datto RMM, see Datto RMM's documentation.
Note:
- We do not support the installation of the Umbrella roaming client on Windows Server operating systems.
- Review the Prerequisites and open all the appropriate firewall ports before running any deployment.
- You must enter all customer internal domains before deploying the Umbrella roaming client. Failure to do so will result in problems with accessing internal resources. For more information, see Domain Management.
