Aggressive Behavior
Version 1
Phrases and words suggestive of aggressive intent. The first version of this policy can be edited. The policy matches two scenarios:
- Any word or phrase on a specified list of aggressive words and phrases followed by me, myself, her, him, you, them or it all.
- Any phrase on a secondary list of phrases with aggressive context
Version 2
Mirrors the first version of the policy but the regular expression cannot be edited for the purpose of producing fewer false positives.
The following phrases can NOT be present in the same document for Aggressive Behavior (v2):

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA protects the release of and access to records directly related to students. The policy searches for potential FERPA-protected content such as transcripts, disciplinary records, tuition bills, student IDs, etc. within 100 terms of the following keywords:

Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Identifies IEPs which contain sensitive information. The policy requires the following be found:
- Person Name- can be found anywhere in the document
- One of the following terms:
Individualized Education Plan | Individualized Education Program | IEP | 504 plan |
- Be within 100 terms of one of these keywords:
