View Object Redirect for Salesforce Case Comments
Customers received an incident for a violation in Salesforce case comments and when selecting “View Object” (which should redirect to the case comments in Salesforce) the user was redirected to an error page in Salesforce. Now when a user selects “View Object” for a case comment incident, the user is redirected to the case in Salesforce where they can navigate to the comments.
NOTE-Only new incidents in Salesforce case comments will be affected by the bug fix. All existing case comments incidents will still be unable to view the object.
