Support Settings
There is only one setting for Support, which is enabled by default. When a Support ticket is initiated with Cisco Cloudlock's support team, often more information or a first-hand view of the issue is needed to investigate. Support Mode allows the Support Team view-only access to the environment so they can collect more information about the issue.
