Unplanned Outage During the Release Process
During the most recent software release, a planned database upgrade required more time than expected. Because of this, the Cisco Cloudlock platform was unexpectedly halted for up to one hour, twenty minutes as the upgrade process had to be completed manually. No further outages based on this issue are anticipated.

Incident Export Feature Now Runs Asynchronously
Creating an incident export report previously required users to remain on the Incidents page until the report was completed. With this release, report generation runs asynchronously, enabling users to navigate to other pages at any time.

Suggested Edits are limited on API Reference Pages

You can only suggest edits to Markdown body content, but not to the API spec.
