Salesforce Objects

Introduction

Objects in Salesforce relate to various tables that are monitored by Cisco Cloudlock. There are three main types of monitored objects:

1. Chatter—Monitors only the chatter content of Salesforce. (Examples: FeedItem, FeedComment)
2. Files—Monitors attachments related to all the SObjects. (Examples: Attachment, ContentVersion, Document)
3. Core—Monitors all tables that are not part of chatter and files. (Examples: Case, Opportunity, Account)

Monitoring Objects in Policies

Salesforce objects can be chosen as part of context criteria in a DLP policy. The object types and objects selected will be monitored to meet the criteria for a regular expression or context of the policy.
