Google Team Drives now included in ownership criteria for content and context policies
Earlier, policy ownership did not apply to shared drives such as Google Team Drives, because files in shared drives do not have an owner.
Cisco Cloudlock has been enhanced to include Google Team Drives in policy ownership. The Google Team Drive will be checked for users who performed actions such as sharing a document, editing a document, or renaming a document. If users who performed the actions are configured in the ownership criteria, then an incident is generated.
Groups and Organizational Units can also be configured in policy ownership. To enable this feature, contact Cloudlock Support.
