Interpret Diagnostics
For any issue with the Umbrella roaming module, we strongly recommend including a DART log. For any issue with DNS resolution specifically, also include the output of the Umbrella diagnostic tool.
DART: From the Secure Client menu, select Diagnostics and Reporting Tool and run. Send the resulting ZIP file with your support case.
The Roaming Security module also has a unique diagnostic tool for troubleshooting. The executable can be found:

/opt/cisco/secureclient/bin/UmbrellaDiagnostic.app/
Running the executable will provide instructions on how to submit the feedback from this diagnostic to support.
